We then match these employers with qualified, motivated individuals from our community. Our support doesn't end on the first day of work. MEWAYZ provides ongoing job coaching, conflict resolution, and skills development to ensure long-term retention and career growth.
We begin with a comprehensive skills and interest assessment to understand each individual's unique strengths and career goals.
Candidates participate in soft-skills workshops, resume building, and interview preparation tailored to their desired industry.
Once hired, a MEWAYZ Job Coach works on-site alongside the employee and employer to facilitate training and ensure a smooth transition.
